Mas Tequila

(Toyland Little Triumph x Muellers Hot Tequila)
D.O.B. 05/18/00
32.0" Chestnut Appaloosa
AMHA/AMHR 50% Falabella ***FOR SALE***
Asking $3,500 $3,000. Lil and Tequila offered in a package deal of $5,500.
Tequila, a.k.a. "Teak", is a very hard horse for me to sell. He has all that
the appaloosa lover and breeder could ask for. A knock your socks off pedigree,
one of the most beautiful heads you'll find, explosive color that is going to
keep getting louder and he is straight and built. You can't see it in the
photos, but that loud patterning is on the underneath of his belly also. He
could go near leopard in the next couple of years. He just gave me his first
foal and she's "perfect." See Aurora on the foals page. Tequila is an extremely
strong stallion and not for kids or a novice. He's friendly and overall sweet,
but he is a stallion and just needs someone strong enough to lead him when the
hormones kick in. He would be perfect for driving and I'd love to see him after
he was conditioned. These photos are straight out of the pasture with just a
quick grooming. He's an easy keeper and does have a pasture/hay belly right now.
He does slim down with more exercise, but he's not been with the any mares for
this season. When he is, he's "buff"!!! He's not a mean or aggressive stallion.
And his new filly is a perfect example of him putting color on his foals. She's
the first foal out of Lil that is not a dark bay based and she does have striped
hooves some mottling. Tequila measures out at 32.5" for me. He has gone from a
reddish to more of a chocolate brown chestnut, with an endless mop of mane,
forelock and tail. He is a beautiful stallion. Only reason for selling is he is
related to several of my other horses (his sire is a full brother to my pure
Falabella Trinidad, sire to Raphael), including Raphael, the 2007 colt that I am
keeping. I normally don't have stallions over 31" in my program, but Tequila was
too gorgeous to pass up the chance of owning. Buy him now before I
change my mind. Asking $3,500 or $5,500 as a package deal with Debutante Lil or
on Shawnee. A three-in-one with his daughter included would be $7,000. These are
top quality, heavy appaloosa bred miniatures with halter quality conformation,
great bites and overall near perfect little horses.
Below is Tequila's pedigree.
