"Isis" arrived in April of 2007 as a yearling.  Her barn name was changed to "Isis" and literally means "Queen of the Throne."  "Dot" or "Dotty," as she was previously called, was just too boring for this girl!  She is very petite and refined, measuring under 27" at 15 months old.  She will definitely mature under 30" and likely around 28".  Considering that yearlings are not at their best due to growth spurts, she is looking to be a beauty.  Her royal highness has gone from arriving scared and shaking to marching up to meet anyone new--horses or people.  She is spotting out to what appears to be an exotic buckskin appaloosa.  Time will tell.  She is getting more spots every day and is a wonderful addition to the 30" and under group of the herd.  She will be matched up with Puff after she turns three.  First and foremost, she is a new member of the family!

Out of two appy parents and a very solid appaloosa ancestry, Isis's sire is also a National Top Ten All Star Stallion with a strong and continuing show history.  Her dam is a rare palomino leopard with blue eyes!
